The health and wellness of our community are really important to us! That’s why we have been providing COVID-19 testing in Charlotte and surrounding areas since the onset of the pandemic and continue to provide these services. You asked us to add more tests and that’s exactly what we are doing! We are proud to provide the following rapid diagnostic tests:

  • Rapid Antigen (COVID-19 Test)
  • Rapid RT-PCR (COVID-19 Molecular Test)
  • Rapid Antibody (IgG/IgM)
  • Rapid Streptococcus (Group A Strep Test)
  • Rapid Influenza (Flu A & B) and Rapid Antigen (Dual COVID-19 and Flu Test)

If you have been exposed or are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, the Flu, or Strep, or you simply in need of a COVID-19 test for travel, work, or any event, WE CAN HELP! All our tests result within 60 minutes (seldomly, may be longer during holidays and during outbreaks/rises in cases in the community).

For COVID-19 testing and for travel, the Rapid RT-PCR test is our recommended test of choice because it is more accurate than the rapid antigen and is accepted worldwide for travel. This test is used to detect an active infection and more specifically used for travel certificates, employment, and many other needed testing confirmations.

Results will post to the Patient Portal. You will only need your last name and the Appointment ID (Found in your confirmation email and the flyer provided to you during testing) to view, download, and print your results (in PDF format).

If you do have symptoms or test positive for COVID-19, remember to follow the health department and CDC guidelines. We also provide you a useful handout at time of testing and will attach a copy in your confirmation email.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Providing COVID-19 and other testing is a very exhaustive and expensive service. We were one of the first to provide our community this valuable service during the pandemic and will continue to provide it under there is no need. Hopefully, sooner than later. As a small business, it is difficult to keep up with the need for such services when we have a large number of cancellations and no shows for scheduled appointments. We encourage our patients to schedule appointments only if they are sure they need them or if they are willing to reschedule or accept future test credit. Our team spends an incredible amount of time preparing for each test as soon as it is scheduled. As such, we have a no refund policy to protect our staff's time investment.
