Why did you become a pharmacist?

I wanted to go into healthcare but wasn’t sure which field. My aunt recommended pharmacy, which I never thought of, and I just went for it.

What interests do you have that you do in your spare time?

Traveling with my husband, taking my dogs (Rex and Riley) on the boat, and doing puzzles.

I would choose Carrie Underwood. 1) I have always wished I could sing and 2) leg goals.

Favorite Thing About Carolina Pharmacy?

Working for a company that allows you to explore what you love in pharmacy and pursue it as a career. I never knew I liked marketing. Now that I work in a field that people know little about (compounding pharmacy), I get to educate a lot of patients and providers on how compounded medicine can help when traditional medicine cannot.
