Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Coordinator

Assist in the training of pharmacy personnel and students. Complete appropriate documentation regarding interventions. Complete calls efficiently and with high quality to meet key performance metrics. Engages in the execution of medication therapy management protocols through interventions with members, pharmacies, and providers. Participate in departmental quality improvement activities, including clinical opportunities as well as operational efficiencies in order to continually improve and evaluate pharmaceutical care as reflected by operational and patient care indicators. Receive inbound calls from and deploy outbound calls to members, pharmacies, and physicians determining the appropriate action and understanding the appropriate cases to escalate to a pharmacist. Supports the pharmacist with completion of comprehensive medication reviews through pre-work up and case preparation.

Marketing & Sales Consultant

Responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of company products and services. Creates, conveys brand messages and improves brand awareness. Develops sales presentations and provides reports based on information collected such as marketing trends, competition, new products, and pricing. May coordinate involvement in conferences, exhibitions and marketing seminars.

Human Resources Team Member

Designs and administers human resources policies and procedures. Collects and analyzes HR data related to compensation, benefits, training, recruitment, etc. to determine improvements to be made and report to management. Oversees and establishes procedures for paperwork completion for functional area. Prepares internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies. Is responsible for administration of new hires and terminations, as well as bookkeeping of all disciplinary action taken in the company. Provides training for all employees in various topics of interest to pharmacy practice.

Administrative Assistant

Provides administrative support in a variety of functions to an executive, team, department or another group in an organization. Collects, reviews and analyzes complex and/or confidential information and creates reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials. Responds to or routes priority or confidential inquiries from external or internal sources with correspondence or other messaging on behalf of the executive. Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities. May plan and schedule work and direct other staff to deliver support. Has advanced word processing, spreadsheet, database, graphics software, and analytical skills. Is responsible for all tasks delegated to them by their supervisor.

Full-Time Pharmacy Technician

Assists and supports activities and processes required to dispense medical prescriptions. Collects, inputs, and verifies prescription, refill, and patient information. Receives and stocks incoming supplies. May prepare labels and routine pre-packed orders. May be expected to perform some clerical duties relating to the department. Responsibility for all other duties assigned to them by the pharmacist/pharmacy manager including cleaning and keeping the store neat and organized.

Delivery Driver

Delivers medications, compounds, and other products to patients on a daily basis. Will collect signatures from those who accept the pick up. No other pharmacy-related responsibilities.


Maintains cash register and rings sales in accordance with established procedures. Processes returns, refunds, and exchanges. Closes out register by counting cash and reconciling cash balances against the register. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. assists the pharmacy staff by retrieving filled prescriptions, processing payments and handling other tasks.

Full-Time Pharmacist

Compounds and dispenses prescribed drugs retail pharmacy setting. Consults with medical staff about potential drug interactions, patient medical history, and the use of particular medications. Responds to questions from patients about medications and dosage instructions. Ensures that all required pharmacy data is recorded and maintained and complies with all regulatory, security and hospital procedures.Will also supervise pharmacy technicians and other store employees
