Assists and supports activities and processes required to dispense medical prescriptions. Collects, inputs, and verifies prescription, refill, and patient information. Receives and stocks incoming supplies. May prepare labels and routine pre-packed orders. May be expected to perform some clerical duties relating to the department. Responsibility for all other duties assigned to them by the pharmacist/pharmacy manager including cleaning and keeping the store neat and organized.
Full-Time Pharmacist
Compounds and dispenses prescribed drugs retail pharmacy setting. Consults with medical staff about potential drug interactions, patient medical history, and the use of particular medications. Responds to questions from patients about medications and dosage instructions. Ensures that all required pharmacy data is recorded and maintained and complies with all regulatory, security and hospital procedures.Will also supervise pharmacy technicians and other store employees
